Where can I try on KEZI?

You can visit us at one of our upcoming shows, or schedule an appointment at our studio if you are local. KEZI is also available in several retail locations. You can click here to see the full list of our authorized retail stores.

What materials are used when making KEZI jewelry?

You can find out exactly what metals and stones are used in a design under the “materials” tab located on each product page.

How long will it take to ship my KEZI order?

All KEZI items are handmade in our studio. Some designs are already in our inventory and will be shipped out within 2 business days after processing the order. Other items are made per order and can take up to 14 days to complete before shipping.

Does KEZI make custom designs?

Yes, we love working with customers to make one-of-a-kind designs. To start, please fill out our questionnaire by clicking here!

What is KEZI's Return policy?

We will gladly accept unworn, undamaged, or defective KEZI products for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the shipping date. Please allow 14 business days for the store credit to be posted to your KEZI account. Shipping charges are not refundable. All custom designs are final sale. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. We recommend returning your purchase with an insured carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and to keep a copy of receipt. KEZI, LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. KEZI items purchased in retail stores may not be returned or exchanged through kezicollections.com.

What is KEZI's Repair policy?

We are happy to repair any item made by KEZI, LLC for the cost of labor, materials, and shipping. Restrictions may apply. For more information on repairs, please email service@kezicollections.com.

How should I care for my KEZI jewelry?

We recommend storing your KEZI jewelry in a closed pouch or box, such as the ones included with your KEZI purchase. When polishing, we suggest not using polishing liquids as they will be hard to get out of the tight details common to our designs.

How will my KEZI jewelry be packaged?

We place each item in a signature KEZI box. When shipped, every order is securely packed and insured.

Does KEZI sell gift certificates?

Yes, you can purchase an online gift certificate by clicking here. At this time, gift certificates can be used online only.

Where can my KEZI purchases be shipped?

KEZI ships merchandise in the USA for now. We are looking to ship internationally soon, so do check back regularly with us.

Is KEZI available for wholesale orders?

We take the privacy of our customers very seriously, and do not sell or share any information you provide with a third party.
