Return policy

We will gladly accept unworn, undamaged, or defective KEZI products for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt from kezicollections.com. Please allow 14 business days for the store credit to be posted to your KEZI account. Shipping charges are not refundable. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. We recommend returning your purchase with an insured carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and to keep your shipping receipt and a copy of your gift receipt. KEZI, LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

KEZI items purchased in retail stores may not be returned or exchanged through kezicollections.com.

Payment Options

All orders must be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal. KEZI will not accept checks, money orders or cash.

Gift Certificates

Online gift certificates are available for purchase and can be used for online orders only.

Custom Designs

All custom designs sales are final.

Personal Messages and Gift Receipt

If you would like to include a personal message with your order, simply write your message in the “Notes” section during check out. We will transcribe it to a KEZI notecard and include it with your shipment. Please do not include profanity, threatening language, or other inappropriate messages as we will not include this in your shipment.

If you are sending KEZI as a gift and need a gift receipt included, please check the “Gift Receipt” box during check out.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged when applicable.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is charged during checkout based on items ordered and where the shipment is going.

Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders will not be processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed Saturday, Sunday, or on national holidays will be processed the following business day. All KEZI items are handmade in our studio. Some designs are already in our inventory and will be shipped out within 2 business days after processing the order. Other items are made per order and can take up to 14 days to complete before shipping.

Repair Policy

We are happy to repair any item made by KEZI, LLC for the cost of labor, materials, and shipping. Restrictions may apply. For more information on repairs, please email service@kezicollections.com.

We take the privacy of our customers very seriously, and do not sell or share any information you provide with a third party. We may sometimes send product updates, sale offers or other information via mail and/or email.
